Inspirational community space for entrepreneurs
The renovated building of the former royal district court will soon provide more than 2,000 square meters of space for local businesses in Miercurea Nirajului. We provide modernly equipped office spaces and conference rooms for rent in a building with an excellent location, 1 km from the future highway landing and the industrial zone that will develop around it. Through our events, we create an inspiring community space where micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can exchange experiences and develop with the help of experts and consultants.
The Inkubház is a modern office building consisting of 3 buildings, which is being implemented by the Municipality of Miercurea Nirajului in order to stimulate the local economy and support local businesses.
INCUBATION CONDITIONS
Who can apply?
We are looking for applications from small and medium-sized enterprises younger than 3 years that are active in the creative industry and in innovative fields.
To apply, you need:
– entry request,
– the entrepreneur’s CV,
– a copy of the company’s founding documents,
– business plan for the next 3 years,
– company court extract, which is not older than 30 days,
– financial statements of the previous year (required only for enterprises operating more than 1 year ago).
